Extended Description:
WEST Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2006 is a rich and complex wine with flavors of ripe dark fruit such as black cherries and plum, a hint of laurel, tobacco and olive. A deep color and a round bouquet make a wine which will continue to evolve over the years. The wine has been aged in French oak barrels for two years and then bottle aged 4 years before release. Since we make our wines in a Bordeaux style, aging it is an important part of our winemaking.
