Extended Description:
SOLD OUT - 2014 Chardonnay has bright apple and pear flavors combined with melon and hints of citrus and vanilla. The mouth feel is smooth and silky with a long finish. The grapes were hand-picked in our creekside vineyard, pressed as whole clusters and fermented at low temperatures. 4 months aging in neutral French barrels gave us this rounded smooth wine without an overbearing oakiness. 25% of the barrels went through malolactic fermentation and were blended with the other barrels to create a light creaminess without big buttery flavors.
