Extended Description:
A brilliant carmine red fruit forward Cabernet Sauvignon from one of our warm growing seasons. Dark cherry, cloves and licorice are noticable on the palate.Aged for 26 months in French oak barrels and then bottles aged to achieve a well integrated wine with supple tannins.
The grapes are grown on our hillside property 300 feet above the valley floor in Dry Creek Valley.
