Extended Description:
2021 Cabernet Sauvignon will be bottled March 2024 after aging in French oak barrels since fermentation.
Bright red cherry, cloves, licorice, cedar and fresh tannins will all be expressed in this wine right at bottling. With the years the tannins will mellow and dark plum, coffee and hints of leather will develop.
